The Security Guard, under the direct supervision of Home Manager, provides a high level of protection to the children and possessions within transit home from a variety of risks including, but not limited to physical attacks, different forms of abuse, and burglaries. The Security Guard also accompanies the children in the daily life of the home by participating in their lives and providing affection and social bonding.
Ensure sufficient protection is provided to the children from external violence and any other physical risk that could harm the children.
Ensure all the possessions inside assigned compound are periodically checked and protect the institution from theft and/or robbery.
Ensure a record of the home visitors is properly maintained in a visitor book and no visitor (especially stranger) will be permitted to enter inside the home without consulting his/her hierarchical link.
Accompany children in their daily routines including indoor and outdoor activities.
Assist the Home Manger in the daily activities
10th grade passed
Minimum 2 years of working experience with children and or is willing to work with children
Honest, compassionate, flexible and mature
Preferable possess a driving license of motorbike
Flexibility and ability to multi-tasking under adverse circumstances.
Working Days / Hours
The post holder is required to work for 6 days a week (live-in position) on a regular basis. The nature of the work may require additional time and effort, and s/he may be requested for the same.
Term - 1 Year (probability of extension up on the availability of fund)
Probation Period: 3 Months
