Description

Key Responsibilities:

    • Prepare monthly payroll and quarterly reconciliation with the report
    • To receive visitors, Booking Hotel, Air ticket
    • Check and ensure that all procurement process and expenditures of the project in accordance with the donor procedure and organization procedure
    • Collect quotation from supplier & compile for price assessment
    • Collect good request and purchase order
    • Materials received & store entry & coding
    • Prepare list of capital & durable items and verification it half yearly basis.
    • Materials delivery in concern block office
    • Update staff personal file & leave record
    • To check vehicle, Motorbike  log book
    • To follow up for Vehicle, Motorbike & Computer maintenance
    • Preparation of BRS and handling Petty cash book and report for any variances
    • Maintain consolidated register of capital assets and durable goods
    • Documentation/Filing and indexing of the all accounts records in an orderly manner including district records
    • Carry out any other administrative/financial assignments as requested by the organization
    • Conduct in a manner that is consistent with the values and principles of the Aasaman Nepal 
    • Follow the code of conduct of Aasaman Nepal inside and outside the work place.
    • Candidate must fully understand and agree to abide by the safeguarding principles with regards to children and adults they come in contact through their work.
    • Other duties as assigned.

 

Essential Qualifications: 

    • 10+2 , in any subject 
    • At least 5  years’ experience in admin and logistic sector. 
    • An excellent computer skill on Microsoft Office Excel, Microsoft Office Word and preferably Accounting Software is required. 
    • Prior experience in training would be an asset.

 

Age Limit: Candidate between 18 years – 40 years are only eligible to apply for all the above post

Duration: Fixed term till July 2023 (Annual contract basis with three months probation period) All employees must adhere to child safeguarding in persons provisions covered in the project agreement. Monitor staff and partners’ and ensure adherence to Aasaman Nepal's policies and internal procedures, protocols, Aasaman Nepal's code of Conduct with special attention to Safeguarding Standards and Procedure, Case Handling Framework, Child Protection and Do No Harm Policies. Also, immediate reporting and redress of any complaints and issues based on its severity.
